Staten Island Ferry Update

Work was completed recently by our graphics staff on an animated presentation demonstrating the events surrounding the crash of the Staten Island Ferry in 2003. Under the supervision of illustrator Alison Von Dollen we created a narrated slide presentation for the attorneys to use during the beginning of each trial. The City of New York had stipulated liability in this case but it was important for the jury to have a sense of the events of that day and the devastation leading to the deaths and injuries to numerous passengers on the Andrew J. Barbiere, one of the ferries in the Staten Island commuter fleet.

Most of the cases have gone to verdict or settled and we are proud to have been a part of this historic case.

Our work was done at the request of Anthony Bisignano of the firm Bosco Bisignano & Moscola, lead attorneys for a team of twenty law firms involved in the case.
